AURA Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Note our 24-hour cancellation policy for single appointments and 48 hours for larger reservations. Please cancel or reschedule appointments in advance of the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests on the same day as the appointment time are considered a last-minute cancellation. This policy ensures our providers are compensated for reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice. By scheduling an appointment at AURA Salon & Spa, guests acknowledge and agree to this policy. To allow for check-in and preparation for your service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
A 22% service fee is applied to services, with additional gratuity available at the guest's discretion. Menu and pricing are subject to change; reservations are available daily. Light refreshments, including hot tea, an organic juice selection, and specialty waters, are provided. Minors are welcome, accompanied by a supervising adult for limited services. Please notify the spa reservations agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or are pregnant. For the comfort of all, please silence phones within the spa; photography is not permitted in the treatment areas.
